Retained recruitment involves a mutual commitment from both parties. A percentage of the fee is paid to instruct us, ensuring exclusive commitment. This approach fosters collaboration and in-depth market research to uncover and attract ideal candidates, including those not previously known to the client, enhancing the likelihood of a successful placement.

We frequently receive retained instructions for Solicitor, Associate and Senior Associate hires. 

Search assignments are employed to secure top-tier senior talent. Our consultants leverage market maps to pinpoint ideal candidates and, with the client’s consent, make discreet, strategic approaches. We craft persuasive pitches to attract candidates, ensuring minimal direct client involvement and safeguarding brand reputation from potential risks. It is commonplace for us to receive Executive Search instructions on Partner, Director and C-Suite level hires. 

A bespoke solution in managing projects with precision and efficiency. Whether the instruction is for high-stakes assignments, volume hires or a team move, we partner with you to deliver on your strategic goals, achieving project success with confidence.   Our prior appointments include scaling teams to deliver on large projects, strategic hires to start new offices or practice areas, volume hires, team moves and succession planning.  

We provide temporary, flexible staffing solutions to cover gaps, absences, or special projects. Offering immediate support and maintaining high service standards while you search for permanent hires or manage increased workloads.
